• Share observations of how retrospectives have helped teams and organizations improve their effectiveness.
• Share puzzles, strategies, activities, and stories.

The closest airport of size to Kill Devil Hills is Norfolk International Airport (ORF) http://www.norfolkairport.com/ Kill Devil Hills is an about 2 hour drive from Norfolk airport.

Shuttle/Taxi Services:

The Connection, http://www.calltheconnection.com/map.html between Norfolk airport and Kill Devil Hills for $145 one way plus $50 for each additional occupant.

James River Transportation http://jamesrivertrans.com/norfolk-airport-shuttle-service/rates/, offers shuttle service between Norfolk and the Outer Banks, but does not list rates online.

There are also taxis http://www.norfolkairport.com/airport-information/airport-information/phone-numbers which could give flat-rate quotes for the trip.

Andy's Taxi Group http://www.andystaxigroup.com/ specifically mentions serving the Outer Banks and lists a price of $160.00 to Kill Devil Hills. That would be per carload, so would be cheaper than The Connection for more than one person.
